• How to use the Burgundy cup?

  
  Wash it 
  Wash your hands before use.
  Sterilise your Burgundy cup, before the first use and at the end of each cycle.

  Fold it
  Choose your preferred fold.  
  

  Pop it in
  Relax and find a comfortable position.
  With your clean hands and in your comfortable position, insert the cup.

  Go!
  Now you are free to do anything you want! 
  
  Remember: Be patient; the adaptation phase may take you a couple of menstrual cycles. Everything new needs practice. ;)

  How to Sterilize my cup?

   

  Pot
  Bring the water to the boiling point, and use a sufficient quantity to cover your cup.
  Put the cup into the water and leave it boiling for 5 minutes.
  After that, your cup is ready for use.
  
  Sterilizer cup
  Place your cup into the sterilizer cup with the rim upwards. Fill the cup with water until the internal markings and put it in the microwave for 5 minutes.
  Remember to leave the lead partially open.
  

  Steriliser foam or gel
  During the same cycle, you do not need to sterilize the cup after every use. Wahs it only with water or the steriliser foam or gel.
  At the end of your cycle, sterilise the cup using one of the methods above and put it into a cotton or linen bag, or a safe place.
